Manchester, IN—Sunday evening Dearborn County Sheriff Deputies, along with Manchester Fire and EMS were dispatched to the area of State Route 48 and Louden Road for a motorcycle crash. Upon arrival, deputies learned that Gary Klopp, 52, of Dillsboro was traveling east on State Route 48 on a 2006 Harley Davidson when his motorcycle left the roadway and struck a culvert. Klopp was thrown from the vehicle and struck a utility pole. A private citizen and deputies rendered first aid until Manchester Fire and EMS arrived on the scene. UC Air Care was called to assist but Klopp was pronounced deceased at the scene.
