`Letts, In. — A Sunday afternoon storm brought heavy rain, high winds, hail and possibly a tornado to southeastern Indiana Sunday afternoon. A severe thunderstorm warning was issued around 3:30 p.m. and so far, the most severe damage reports have been in the Letts area. Officials from the National Weather Service do not believe the damage was caused by tornadic activity at this time.
