
(Greensburg, IN) – Westbound I-74 in Greensburg was closed just before 3 p.m. Thursday for a semi fire.
Greensburg firefighters brought the truck fire at the 136-mile marker under control with help from the Letts Volunteer Fire Department.
One lane was eventually opened before crews cleared the scene and the westbound lanes of the interstate fully reopened.
Motorists were told to expect delays, avoid the area, and to be extra careful if traveling through the area.
A cause of the fire wasn’t listed.
There were no injuries reported.
Also responding was Decatur County EMS.
