Brookville, IN—Wednesday evening officers from the Brookville Police Department served a search warrant on a residence in the 100 block of 4th Street in Brookville, Indiana. Upon execution of the search warrant, officers located various items of drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine.
James R. Flannery was immediately taken into custody and sent to the Franklin County Security Center on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine.
