(Noblesville, IN) – Congratulations to North Decatur High School FFA’s Garrett Schwering.
He was elected and sworn in as Indiana FFA State Treasurer for 2026-27 at this week’s 97th Indiana FFA state convention in Noblesville.
Schwering and the other state officers will oversee the development of chapters and provide direction during events and contests.
They will also visit FFA chapters around the state, host career and leadership development events and execute leadership conferences.
Schwering’s state officer teammates are:
- President: Hayden Stookey, Tippecanoe Valley FFA
- Secretary: Katie McClain, Carroll @ Flora FFA
- Northern Region VP: Jessie Frazee, Fountain Central FFA
- Southern Region VP: Baron Riley, Crothersville FFA
- Reporter: Jaylynn Goodwin, Southridge FFA
- Sentinel: Khloe Hinojosa, Warsaw FFA
Jenna Crawford from Franklin County High School FFA was among the 17 candidates in the running for state offices this week.
