(St. Leon, IN) – The Sunman-Dearborn Endowment will provide school supplies for students in grades K through 5 again this upcoming school year.
The initiative, which started in 2019, will once again ensure that families around the district have one less worry as they prepare for the ’26-27 school year.
There will also be no textbook rental- or course fees for K through 12 students.
“This continued investment helps ensure every elementary student starts the year with the tools they need to learn, grow, and succeed, while easing the back-to-school shopping burden for families,” Sunman-Dearborn Community Schools said in a written statement. “We are incredibly grateful to the Sunman-Dearborn Endowment for their ongoing commitment to our students, staff, and community. Their generosity continues to make a meaningful difference for our families.”
