Ruth Marie Ritchie, 73, of Aurora, Indiana, passed away Friday, January 20, 2017 in Lawrenceburg, Indiana.
She was born December 30, 1943 in Madison, IN, daughter of the late Ivan and Marie Elizabeth LippsWhaley.
Ruth loved to play games on the computer and she also enjoyed facebook, but spending time with her family was her greatest joy.
Surviving are her children, Russell (Shirley) Ritchie of NM, Linda (Terry) Land of Aurora, IN, Daryl Ritchie of NM, Jason Ritchie of Aurora, IN; siblings, Sharon (Dave) Christian of Mansfield, OH., Linda Zwick of Lawrenceburg, IN, Alice Mae (Bob Ring) Bascom of Middletown, OH, Debbie (Rick) O’Neal of Dillsboro, IN. as well as several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Clyde Ritchie, son, Paul Edward Ritchie and the love of her life, her dog, Pawz.
Friends will be received for a memorial visitation on Friday, January 27, 2017, from 4:00 – 6:00 pm at the Rullman Hunger Funeral Home, Aurora, Indiana.
Services will be held at 6:00 pm immediately following the visitation with Rev. Adrian Collins officiating.
