Ruby (Rehberger) Fink, age 96, born on July 11, 1928, in Sunman, Indiana, passed away peacefully at her residence on September 15, 2024, surrounded by her family.
A proud 1947 graduate of Sunman High School, Ruby dedicated several years of her life to working for Batesville Casket Company. Her commitment to hard work was matched only by her warm and kind-hearted nature. Those who had the pleasure of knowing Ruby will remember her as witty, sweet, laid back, and easygoing—qualities that endeared her to many.
Ruby’s family was her greatest joy. She is survived by her daughter, Marie Fink Culver, and her husband James of Sunman, Indiana; two grandchildren, Kristie Littrell and Kevin Flint; seven great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren with two more on the way.
Visitation will take place at St. John Lutheran Hubbells, located at 12523 N Dearborn Rd, Sunman, IN 47041, on October 4, 2024, from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., followed by a funeral service.
The family requests that memorials be directed to St. John Lutheran Hubblls or local EMS.
