Royalty crowned to open 120th Versailles Pumpkin Show

(Versailles, IN) – Royalty was crowned Wednesday night to open the 120th Versailles Pumpkin Show.

East Central High School senior Stone Wilhelm was named King and Kaley Barnes from Lawrenceburg High School was chosen Queen.

The 1st runner-up in the King contest was Ben Bovard Roberts from Switzerland County High School, while Lawrenceburg High School’s Teagan Bennett was 2nd runner-up.

The 1st runner-up in the Queen contest was Molly Wrightsman from Switzerland County High School, and Oldenburg Academy’s Kenlee Martin was 2nd runner-up.

Eleven Southeastern Indiana high schools were represented in Wednesday evening’s King and Queen contests.

The Versailles Pumpkin Show is presented by the Versailles Lions Club and runs through Sunday.
