Roy Dale Hubbard, 84, of Greensburg passed away on September 8, 2020 at home surrounded by family and his beloved animals that he loved so much. He was born on July 13, 1936 in Greensburg, the son of Ford and Mary (Marcum) Hubbard. Roy was a 1954 graduate of Sandusky High School. He served in the United States Army in the 82nd Air borne. On August 26, 1995 he married Brenda Smith. Roy retired from General Electric after 25 years and then became the manager for Swifty Gas Station and worked regionally for Greensburg, Shelbyville, Greenwood, Franklin, Whiteland, Columbus, and Seymour. Roy had a love for the Lord, his family and music. He enjoyed playing his guitar, singing and writing songs.
Survivors include: Wife, Brenda Hubbard; Children, Shari, Sandy, Susan, Brandy (Stacey) Bowen, and Bridgett (Pete Edwards) Bowen; 14 Grandchildren; 19 Great Grandchildren; 1 Great Great Grandchild; Brother, Clarence (Nancy) Hubbard. He was preceded in death by his Parents; Daughter, Sheila; Sisters, Doris Moulton and Viola Smith; a Grandchild, and a Great Grandchild.
