Robert J. Neff of 61 years; born on Feb. 27th 1956 a resident of Dillsboro Village Apartments. Succumbed to cancer: on Nov. 24th 2017 at 8:20 pm. Dearborn County Hospital. He leaves behind a sister Marcel McNeely, his Aunt Betty Meyer, and many cousins. Bob known by his friends as “Beef”loved nothing more than to hunt and fish. However, his first Love was Lois. Bob was a man that kept to him self. People that were close to him knew down deep he had a kind heart. Bob struggled in this life, we pray he finds peace in the next life.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Margaret Neff, and sister, Patricia Lane.
