Robert Edward Powell, 59, of Guilford, Indiana, passed away Wednesday May 13, 2020 in Lawrenceburg, Indiana.
He was born June 4, 1960 in Birmingham, Alabama, son of the late Kenneth Powell Sr.and Margaret (Archer) Powell.
Bob worked as an Electrician, retiring after over 25 years of service.
Bob enjoyed golfing, fishing and gardening. He loved his dogs, Sadie & Daisy.
Robert is survived by his loving spouse of 27 years, Karen (Tice) Powell, sons, Robert (Torri Ann) Powell of AL, Kevin (Tamara) Powell of AL; step children, Melissa Edwards of Guilford, IN, Kelly Hill of Birmingham, AL, Shawn Loar of Lawrenceburg, IN; brothers, Kenneth (Linda) Powell Jr. of AL, William D (Margaret) Powell of AL, Stephen (Tammy) Powell of AL; grandchildren, Courtney Carson, Kayla Edwards, Presley, Kade, Madison & Mallory Powell; great-grandchildren, Holden & Kyler.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Private family visitation will be held on Monday, May 18, 2020 at Rullman Hunger Funeral Home, Aurora, Indiana.
Graveside Services will be held at River View Cemetery, 3635 E. Laughery Creek Rd, Aurora, Indiana at 2:15 pm.
Interment will follow in the River View Cemetery, Aurora, Indiana.
