Aurora, IN — A sinkhole caused the closure of State Road 148 in Aurora Thursday afternoon. The sinkhole was reported near an S-curve and detours around the area were put in place. The Indiana Department of Transportation was called in to assess the situation, and the repairs were made. Aurora Police say the road reopened last night.
