Brookville, In. — Debris on the highway is blamed for a two motorcycle crash in Franklin County Friday.
A report from the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department says around 12:30 p.m. motorcycles driven by Theresa Payne, 57, and Jonathan Payne, 53, both of Harrison, Ohio, were westbound on State Road 252. When Theresa made a left turn onto Whitcomb Road she lost control on fresh grass clippings. She hit the rear of the motorcycle driven by Jonathan and caused both to go down.
Theresa Payne was flown to University Hospital in Cincinnati. Jonathan Payne was treated at the scene.
