(Ripley County, IN) – The Ripley County Sheriff’s Office is thanking the Protecting K-9 Heroes organization for its donation of a Level III A ballistic vest for K-9 Dex.
The Sheriff’s Office says K-9 Dex will have enhanced protection while serving alongside deputies in the line of duty.
“We are incredibly grateful for organizations like Protecting K-9 Heroes that recognize the important role our K-9 partners play in keeping our communities safe. Their generosity helps ensure K-9 Dex has the protection he deserves while serving and protecting Ripley County,” reads a statement from the Sheriff’s Office. “Thank you, Protecting K9 Heroes, for supporting K9 Dex and the Ripley County Sheriff’s Office.”
