Richard Wayne “Rick” Shaw, 61, of Patriot, Indiana, passed away Thursday, January 25, 2018.
He was born January 15, 1957 in Madison, IN, son of the late James Elbert Shaw.
Richard worked for Union Local 42-IMBUS, with over 25 years of service.
Rick enjoyed hunting and watching wildlife shows. His greatest joy was time with his family, and he will be greatly missed.
Surviving are his loving wife, Cathy Shaw of Patriot, IN; children, Rebecca Shaw of Greendale, IN, Rikki (John) Earls of Milford, OH, Brandi (Chuck) Wayne of Aurora, IN, Richard “Willy” Shaw of Patriot, IN; grandchildren, Jacob, Jared, Madie, Brandon, Clayton, Cadence, Taylor, Brayden & Mason.
He was preceded in death by his father James and son, James Jessie Shaw.
Friends will be received Wednesday, January 31, 2018, 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm at the Rullman Hunger Funeral Home, 219 Mechanic Street, Aurora, Indiana.
Services will be held at the funeral home, at 2:00 pm.
Interment will follow in the River View Cemetery, Aurora, Indiana.
