Ribbon cutting held for Morgan Kelsey Designs

BATESVILLE, IN — A ribbon-cutting was held for Morgan Kelsey Designs at the Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce office on Thursday.

Morgan Kelsey Designs offers a variety of services such as sewing, embroidery, alterations.

Owner Morgan Fullenkamp said she has been sewing since childhood.

“My great grandmother taught me how to sew when I was little and I just really enjoy it,” Fullenkamp said. “There was a need so I started a business about two years ago and have been getting it going.”

Fullenkamp sells handmade children’s clothing, household items, purses, wallets, and more.

She also offers bridal and formal alterations, just in time for the prime wedding and prom seasons.

Morgan Kelsey Designs is home-based for the most part, but Fullenkamp will meet customs by appointment at her office space on Walnut Street.
