Versailles, IN — Registration is open for the 16th annual Polar Plunge and After Splash Bash at Versailles State Park.
The event supports Special Olympics Indiana – Ripley Ohio Dearborn and will take place on Saturday, February 18.
Participants must be at least 12 years old on the day of the plunge and raise at least $85 to take the plunge.
Plungers can register as individuals or in a team of 10 to 20 plungers.
All of the funds raised will benefit local Special Olympic athletes so they can train year-round and attend events.
The 2022 event drew more than 500 plungers and spectators.
The Polar Plunge at the Versailles State Park Lake is one of 16 such events held across the state.
