Rebecca Ann Wingate, age 64 of Versailles passed away at Norton Audubon Hospital in Louisville on February 1, 2024. She was born on December 4, 1959 in Batesville, IN the daughter of William and Francis (Wilson) Wingate Jr.
Rebecca loved to spend time with her family, never missing a get together. She enjoyed giving her time to help others out and volunteering. She would spend time at home watching “Cops” and “Dog the Bounty Hunter.”
She will be missed by brother Thomas Wingate, sisters; Bonnie McIntosh, Kathryn (Anthony) Martin, Mary (Troy Dunagan) Heidorn, and Patricia (Brian) Pollitt, nieces and nephews; Christopher Wingate, William Wingate, Jacob Wingate, Jennifer Hendley, Robert McIntosh, Chrystal Martin, Anthony Martin, Christie Owens, Brittany Schwagmeier, and Kayla Wingate, and her faithful companion “Chewy.”
Visitation will be held on Sunday February 4, 2024 from 1-3 pm. at Neal’s Funeral Home in Osgood. Funeral services will be held at 3 pm. also at Neal’s. Memorials can be given to the family in care of the funeral home. Online condolences may be placed at Nealsfuneralhome.net
