(Batesville, IN) – The City of Batesville Redevelopment Commission (RDC) will hold an executive session on Wednesday, May 27 at 3 p.m., preceding the regularly scheduled meeting at 4:00, in Council Chambers on the second floor of the Memorial Building.
The purpose of the executive session is to discuss strategy with respect to litigation or potential litigation, and/or a real property transaction, and is permitted under Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B).
Please note the session is not open to the public, and no other subject matter will be discussed.
