RCCF Welcomes New Grant Manager

(Ripley County, IN) – The Ripley County Community Foundation has added Brady Westerfeld to its team as the new Grants Manager.

Westerfeld first joined the Community Foundation in the summer of 2024 as an intern.

“Returning to the Community Foundation feels like coming home,” Westerfeld said. “During my internship, I saw firsthand how thoughtful philanthropy can transform lives, and I’m honoredto now play a larger role in that impact.”

Westerfeld graduated from Indiana University in 2025 with a degree in sports marketing and business.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf, spending time outdoors, and connecting with family and friends.

In his role as Grants Manager, Westerfeld will work closely with nonprofit organizations and donors across Ripley County to support initiatives, strengthen partnerships, and ensure that charitable resources are invested in ways that create lasting change.

“I’m excited to work alongside local nonprofits and learn from the dedicated leaders who are making Ripley County stronger every day,” Westerfeld said. “There is so much passion in this community, and I’m grateful to be part of a team that helps bring good ideas to life.”
