RB Smith, age 82 of West Harrison, Indiana passed away Sunday, November 18, 2018 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Born April 29, 1936 in Clay County, Kentucky the son of Rev. Cloyd and Mary (Mills) Smith.
RB married Jean Bennett April 19, 1985 in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. Worked as a forklift operator for Western Home Center for many years. Member of Smyrna Missionary Baptist Church. RB enjoyed just being in the pasture taking care of his cows and spending time with family and friends.
Survived by his loving wife Jean Smith of West Harrison, Indiana. Father of Robert Smith, Randy (Bridget) Smith and step father of Shane (Jamie) Sizemore, Steve (Angie) Sizemore all of West Harrison, Indiana and Shannon (Kevin) Vinson of North Bend, Ohio. Also survived by 20 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, several great great grandchildren, brother of George Smith of Barbourville, Kentucky and Johnny Smith of Hamilton, Ohio.
Preceded in death by his parents Rev. Cloyd and Mary Smith, daughter Mary Elizabeth Kuchera, step son Randy Scott Sizemore, sisters Mary Jordan, Lena Mae Foster, Vernice Smith and Brothers R.A. Smith, Ford Smith, Arthur Smith and David Smith
Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 21 from 11:00 A.M. until time of funeral services at 2:00 P.M. with Pastor Chuck McMahan officiating all at Smyrna Missionary Baptist Church 4047 US 52 New Trenton, Indiana 47035.
