(Vevay, IN) – Vevay residents are rallying to save the historic Ogle Haus Inn from the wrecking ball.

Built through the legacy of local philanthropist Paul Ogle, the property was absorbed into Belterra Casino operations in 2000 and is currently managed by Las Vegas-based Boyd Gaming.

With demolition scheduled to begin as early as September 8, community members are urgently requesting more time to explore preservation alternatives.

Supporters have set up a “Save The Ogle Haus” Facebook page for people to share memories of the venue and to help show why saving it matters.
