Power is now fully restored in Decatur County after crews worked swiftly from a vehicle accident on Base Road in Greensburg. Power was out for roughly 1.5 hours.

Decatur County REMC reports that several customers in Greensburg are experiencing a power outage Due to a car accident on east Base Road. There are currently 400 members in and around Greensburg without power. Crews have been dispatched. Given the extent of damage, DCREMC stated that the estimated time of restoration will be lengthy.
