RIPLEY COUNTY, Ind. – A man is critical condition after a shooting in Ripley County, police said.
Deputies were called for a report of a missing person from a home in Osgood around 6:30 a.m. Tuesday morning.
Police said the missing man was located on the property with what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
He was flown to a Cincinnati hospital where he was listed in critical condition.
The incident remains under investigation by the Ripley County Sheriff’s Office.
