(Brookville, IN/Hamilton, OH) – Police in Southwest Ohio are looking for a man who disappeared this week after leaving Brookville Lake.
The Hamilton Police Department says Todd Payne is 50 years old, six feet tall, weighing 190 pounds and has blond hair and blue eyes. He is also wheelchair-bound.
Payne was last seen leaving Quakertown Marina around 1:30 a.m. Monday in a 2009 white Ford Fusion
Police say he was on his way to Hamilton.
