NAPOLEON, Ind. – An Osgood man was killed in a car accident early Sunday morning on US 421 south of Napoleon.
Joseph Turner, 40, was driving northbound around 12:30 a.m. in a 2000 Hyundia passenger car when it lost control and struck a guardrail fence and a tree head-on.
Police say Turner was the sole occupant of the vehicle and was not wearing a seatbelt.
The accident remains under investigation as deputies say speed and alcohol may have contributed to the crash.
