COLERAIN TWP, Ohio – A Batesville mother is accused of overdosing in the bathroom of a Chuck E. Cheese while her kids played in the restaurant.
Michelle Wagner, 34, was jailed Tuesday on two counts of child endangerment.
Her children, ages 7 and 5, were playing in the Cincinnati-area restaurant when she used heroin in the bathroom, police said.
Bond was set Wednesday at $5,000.
