Versailles, IN — They’ll be “Freezin’ for a Reason” when the 16th annual Polar Plunge benefitting Special Olympics Indiana Ripley Ohio Dearborn goes off Saturday at Versailles State Park.
The event involves plungers raising a minimum of $85 before dipping into the frigid Versailles State Park lake water.
Proceeds benefit local Special Olympic athletes so they can train year-round as well as travel to competitions and events.
Registration is from 11: 30 am until 1:30 pm, with the Polar Plunge taking place at 2.
