BATESVILLE, IN — Indiana Department of Transportation contractor Paul H. Rohe Construction is expected to continue milling and paving Pohlman Avenue in Batesville between Delaware Road and Park Avenue, plus Mulberry, Catherine, and Edgewood streets this week.
Local residents will have access to their homes but through traffic will be asked to use alternate routes.
Meantime, patch repair work is scheduled to start on State Road 229 on Thursday with flagging in the area, which means motorists can expect delays.
INDOT and the City of Batesville remind drivers to slow down, avoid distractions, and consider worker safety when traveling thru construction zones.
All work is weather dependent and schedules are subject to change.
