Southeastern, IN—Today’s number shows another significant increase for Decatur County ( up 11 from yesterday and 28 total since Wednesday). The County’s per capita rate for positive COVID-19 tests is now .44% meaning that for every 1,000 residents there are 4.4 people reported in the ISDH cases, which represent those with symptoms significant enough to be tested. That is up from .4% yesterday.   Other per capita rates include Ripley County .27% holding steady from yesterday, and Franklin County seeing a  slight increase from .28% yesterday to .29% today.
