Osgood Police Dept. receives $2,500 for vests, security cameras

(Osgood, IN) – The Osgood Police Department has used two grants to purchase new equipment and other items.

$2,500 was used to buy new bullet-proof vests and security cameras for the Osgood Community Center with funds supported by the Ripley County Community Foundation.

$857.42 came from the Black Memorial Trust, and the remaining $1,642.58 was supported by the Ray E. Herman & Louise (Herman) Crum Memorial Endowment Fund.
