Osgood, In. — Osgood Volunteer Fire Department member, Shawn Negangard was recently recognized for 40-years of service. Health problems have forced Negangard to hang up his turnout gear.
He received his gold pin from his son Kyle and also received an American Flag that flew over the Statehouse from State Representative Randy Frye.
