Osgood, Ind. — The Osgood town council has amended the unsafe building ordinance. Under the new guidelines, the town council will be able to appoint a person of the Ripley County building inspector for code enforcement.
Other changes include a requirement to notify adjoining property owners and clerk-treasurers of towns will be given notice of applications involving property within town limits.
