The ORVC has announced its athletes and performers of the week for August 5-24, which is the first report of the 2024-25 school year.
Congratulations to a couple of student-athletes from WRBI coverage schools – South Ripley Cross Country runner Mason Bascom and Milan Girls Soccer player Cassidy Derico – who were named top performers in the ORVC for their efforts last week.
Bascom was named conference Runner of the Week after he recorded a time 19:18 at Southwestern Shelby.
Derico is one of three soccer Players of the Week after she scored six goals in two matches.
