Congratulations to South Ripley’s Claire Samples and Mason Bascom, who earned top honors in their respective fall sports in the inaugural ORVC Report for 2026-27.
Samples was named volleyball player of the week after she racked up 36 kills, three blocks, 96 percent on serves, three aces, and 23 digs in three matches.
Bascom garnered boys cross county co-runner of the week honors after he posted times of 19:49 at Batesville and 18:49 at the Small School Invitational.
