Brookville, In. — The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department is investigating an ORV crash that injured two people Halloween night.
At 8:22 p.m. an ORV driven by Roger Metcalf, 47, of Brookville, failed to negotiate a curve on Levee Road near Snail Creek Road and went over an embankment. The ORV rolled ejecting Metcalf and passenger Bud Metcalf, 21, of Brookville.
Roger Metcalf was flown to a Cincinnati area hospital with serious injuries. Bud Metcalf was transported to Margaret Mary Health for treatment.
This is an ongoing investigation. Charges could be filed.
