Ripley County, IN — Ripley County has received a $250,000 grant from the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA) to help small businesses adversely affected by COVID-19. The Ripley County COVID-19 Economic Recovery Task Force will be responsible for receiving and reviewing the applications, which are being accepted now through June 16. The purpose of the grant is to provide financial support to businesses in Ripley County and the part of Franklin County located within the Batesville city limits which have been negatively affected financially by the pandemic. Grants will be awarded up to $10,000 and there will be no repayment for the funds.
