NORTH VERNON, Ind. — A North Vernon man was arrested after police say they found drugs in his car during a traffic stop.
According to police, John F. Dearborn was stopped after officers observed his car cross the center line.
During the stop, the officer saw drug paraphernalia in plain view inside Dearborn’s car.
During a search of the vehicle, officers found methamphetamine, marijuana, a digital scale, and multiple syringes and cash.
Dearborn was arrested on the charges of dealing in methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a syringe, and maintaining a common nuisance.
