(Blooming Grove, IN) – No one was injured when a truck caught fire at the Parkside Marine gas pumps on the 7100 block of Fox Run Road Friday evening.
Franklin County Dispatch received a call around 7:46 p.m. about a truck on fire at the gas pumps.
The caller told dispatchers that flames were visible underneath the vehicle and under the hood.
The Blooming Grove Volunteer Fire Department says the truck was fully engulfed by the time firefighters arrived, with flames rising above the fuel pump canopy.
Crews were able to bring the blaze under control and extinguish it within minutes.
Damage was contained to the vehicle and the gas pumps.
