(Batesville, IN) – The Batesville Police Department is notifying motorists and pedestrians of a new traffic regulation in the city limits.
The speed limit on State Road 129 has been lowered to 35 mph from State Road 46 to Winding Way.
Drivers are urged to use caution and watch out for pedestrians when traveling through around the new crosswalk on 129 near the Southeastern Indiana YMCA (pictured).
