Mr. Timothy Cole “Timmy” Darbro, age 66, of Vevay, Indiana, entered this life on June 20, 1959 in Madison, Indiana. He was the son of the late Harold Cole and Geneva Mae (Hizer) Darbro. He was raised in Switzerland County, Indiana, where he attended school. Timmy was a former security officer for Belterra Casino & Resort in Florence, Indiana, for 12 years. He also worked for the Town of Vevay for 10 years and for A.E. Johns Tree Service in Switzerland County. He was also a former employee for Kentucky Utilities Power Plant for 10 years. Timmy enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family. Timmy passed away on Sunday, June 7, 2026, at his residence in Vevay, Indiana.
Timmy is survived by his children; his grandchildren; his sister, Barbara Keith of Vevay, IN; and his nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Cole Darbro; his mother, Geneva Mae (Hizer) Darbro; his half-sister, Sandy Demaree; and his brother-in-law, Roy “Red” Keith.
Timmy’s wishes were to be cremated with no services being held at this time.
