Mr. Jeremy Alan Fieler, age 41, of Sidney, Montana and Switzerland County, Indiana, entered this life on July 16, 1983 in Orlando, Florida. He was the son of Alan Raymond Fieler, whom preceded him in death and Mary A. (Hucke) Lucas. Jeremy was raised in Cincinnati, Ohio and at the age of five the family moved to the Switzerland County community in 1988. Jeremy graduated in 2002 from the Switzerland County High School, where he was crowned Homecoming King. Jeremy graduated with a degree in construction technology from Vincennes University in 2007 and a maintenance technician degree from Ivy Tech Community College in 2009. Jeremy was employed in maintenance for Halliburton in Williston, North Dakota for two years. Jeremy was a key employee in the growth and development of his sister’s business, PCS Insulation in Sidney, Montana, where he worked for two years. He was a former member of the Carpenters Union Local 1142 of Lawrenceburg, Indiana and the Carpenters Union Local 2 of Monroe, Ohio. Jeremy enjoyed skateboarding, playing guitar, and fossil and arrowhead hunting, as well as, canoeing, golfing and spending time with his daughter. Jeremy also loved practicing marshal arts. Jeremy passed away on Monday, November 25, 2024, at his residence.
Jeremy will be missed by his daughter, Kyla Ann Fieler of East Enterprise, IN; his mother, Mary A. (Hucke) Lucas of Florence, IN; his sisters, Jamey Fieler and her husband, Seth Buxcel of Sidney, MT, Stephanie Mullins and her husband, Nick of Cincinnati, OH and Heide Edens and her husband, Randall of Reading, OH and his several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Alan Raymond Fieler, died January 23, 1998.
A Celebration of Jeremy’s Life will be held from 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m., Saturday, December 14, 2024, at the Ogle Haus Inn, 1013 West Main Street, Vevay, Indiana 47043. This will be a light hearted gathering and the family invites Jeremy’s loved ones and friends to come share memories and celebrate his life.
A private burial will be held in the Oak Hill Cemetery, 11200 Princeton Pike, Glendale, Ohio 46250.
