Mr. Anthony “Tony” Meadows, age 30, of Switzerland County, Indiana, entered this life on May 7, 1991 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was the loving son of Randall Leon “Randy” Phelps and Angel Michelle Sellars. He was raised in Switzerland County, Indiana and was a 2009 graduate of the Switzerland County High School. He attended Vincennes University from 2009-2010 for general studies. Tony was currently employed with his father for Brendamour Logistics in Cincinnati, Ohio since 2009. He was employed for a short time as a sales representative for Wireless Evolution in Florence, Kentucky in 2015. He resided the past 10 years on Scott’s Ridge in Rising Sun, Indiana. Tony enjoyed drawing, listening to music, especially Tech N9ine, as well as, fishing with his family. He was an avid Cincinnati Bengals and Bear Cats fan. He loved all sports, kids, and spending time with his family and friends. Tony passed away at 11:08 p.m., Thursday, June 17, 2021, at the St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Edgewood, Kentucky.
Tony will be missed by his mother, Angel Michelle Sellars of Rising Sun, IN; his father, Randall Leon “Randy” Phelps of Cincinnati, OH; his siblings, Randy Phelps of Cincinnati, OH, Terry Phelps and his wife, Skylar of Cincinnati, OH, Matthew Meadows of Lawrenceburg, IN and Kassidy Phelps of Rising Sun, IN; his numerous nieces and nephews; his maternal grandfather, Harold Sellars of Denver, CO; his paternal-grandmother, Geneva Meadows of Cincinnati, OH and his several aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous friends.
He was preceded in death by his parental grandparents, Luther and Margaret Phelps; his maternal-grandmother, Vanessa Ramsey and his paternal-grandfather, Ed Chandler.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., Friday, June 25, 2021, at the Haskell & Morrison Funeral Home, 208 Ferry Street, Vevay, Indiana 47043.
