A Moores Hill man that was arrested January in Ohio is facing at least one federal charge.

Andrew Boguslawski, 43, was stopped for speeding by an Ohio patrolman on I-70 west of Columbus on New Years Day. Authorities allegedly found explosives, firearms, detonators and ammunition after a search of his vehicle.

Boguslawski has now been charged with possession of unregistered destructive devices. He appeared in court Monday and waived his preliminary and detention hearing, and now the government has 30 days to present the case to a federal grand jury. He will remain in custody in Ohio.

The Dearborn County man is a member of the Indiana National Guard and allegedly told investigators that he had the weapons for training purposes.
