That’s the claim Collins has made against the Greensburg/Decatur County Animal Shelter.
Collins says the shelter should have known the dog was hers.
Collins claims that her ex-husband was in the animal shelter one day, and shelter staff told him that their dog had been adopted out.
We reached out to the shelter, and they said they have a history with the Collins family.
In Collin’s frustration, she reached out to social media for help, and her post has been shared more than 200 times.
