DECATUR COUNTY, Ind. — A Milford man has been arrested after a police investigation into claims he molested two children.
According to police, Timothy L Hildebrand Sr, 57, is facing two counts of Child Molesting in Decatur County.
Police say the first count is for an incident that occurred in 2016 and involved a girl who was 7 or 8 at the time.
The second count is for an incident that occurred between late 2013 to early 2014 and involved a child who was 6 or 7 at the time.
Hildebrand pleaded not guilty to both charges.
A jury trial has been scheduled for August 14.
Bond has been set at $500,000.
