MILAN, Ind. — The Milan Indiananetts Dance Team recently competed at the Showcase America Unlimted Nationals at Northern Kentucky University and came back National Champions in many categories.
On Saturday of the competition, the team was named National Champion in Team Jazz, Team Lyrical, and Team Hip-Hop.
All three routines advanced to the finals on Sunday where Team Jazz won 1st place, Team Lyrical won 3rd place, and Team Hip-Hop won 5th place.
On Sunday the team was also awarded Grand Champion for Senior Class Division.
Coming back to town the team was honored with a fire truck escort by the Milan Fire Department.
