Metz Named Top 20 Trailblazer

(Greensburg, IN) – Greensburg native and Lead at Honda’s Indiana Auto Plant (IAP) Roxanna Metz has been named to Reuters’ “Top 20 Trailblazing Women in Automotive” list for 2024.

“It’s an honor to be recognized among so many talented women in the automotive industry,” said Metz. “I’m very fortunate to be able to work every day with such an innovative team. Everyone is always ready to give their best, and that really inspires me to embrace my own challenging spirit and passion for the job.”

Metz’s Honda career began in 2008 when IAP began operations.

She started as a parts quality engineer before working her way to her current position as Plant Lead.

Metz oversees 2,700 employees and production of the Civic Hatchback and CR-V.

She is also active in the community, serving on the boards of the Economic Development Corporation of Greensburg/Decatur County and the Indiana Chamber of Commerce.
