Meth dealer convicted in overdose case

Brookville, In. — A Sunman woman has been convicted in a methamphetamine dealing case that resulted in the death of a customer.

Court documents indicate Felicia Craig, 25, traveled to Sunman in order to purchase methamphetamine from Lolla Sells in August of 2014 for her boyfriend, Adam Wagner, of Rushville. While traveling home she was pulled over by a Franklin County Sheriff’s deputy for a lane violation. During the stop, it is believed Craig swallowed seven grams of methamphetamine. She was issued a warning at 12:50 a.m. August 26, 2014 for driving in the left lane.

After the stop, Craig called Wagner and explained what had happened. Wagner, who testified under immunity, said he did not call police because he was scared. Craig’s body was found at the New Point Truck Stop in the early morning hours of August 26, 2014.

Sells is scheduled to be sentenced on Wednesday, October 10 for dealing in methamphetamine over five grams and conspiracy to deal in more than five grams of methamphetamine.
